An Evening of Indulging in Culinary Traditions

In a Nutshell

The soirée is a mini mini mini version of what we do during the retreats, namely cooking and eating and drinking and being just otherwise very delightful. While the focus during the retreats really is on cooking and learning about the art of hosting, the soirées are much more focused on, well, the eating and drinking part of the game.

Each soirée is tailor made to your wishes and culinary preferences, you may or may not join in the cooking but you definitely will enjoy the experience.

Each soirée consists of a bespoke five-course menu and according wine pairing. The menu will be discussed with you in advance, so I can take into account your preferences, a vegetarian only soirée, for example.

Cooking and dining takes place in our medieval belfry tower kitchen. Depending on the season we will also use the fireplace for cooking or move dinner outside into the garden.


We start at 6pm with an apero and will finish around 10.30 in the evening.

Soirées are hosted from two up to ten guests.

Prices start at 100 Euro per person and include cooking sessions, the five-course dinner and wine pairing.

Given the logistics behind each soirée and to ensure I can accommodate for your preferred date, it is advisable to book well in advance.
