Les Poissonchats

I’m coming on here quickly because I have a very exciting announcement! I’m super honoured (and thrilled) to having been invited at the 5th edition of the mini-literature-festival “Die Rahmenhandlung” in Zurich! What a lark! I’ll be reading from my new book and sign copies on Friday and Saturday, 13 and 14 of May 2022, starting 18h and also make a little range of treats, so for all of you who are in the area, can’t wait to see you there. Then the book is finally here! I am absolutely over the moon, feeling like a teenager on her first date! The book is on pre-sale here, it’s in German but I hope it will be such a fabulous success that I’ll have the chance to soon translate an edition for my English readers, fingers crossed!

On another note, there is some serious recipe testing going on with the Plomb au Chocolat (on the menu for Jeanne’s Dîner 23-25 June), very delicious but not yet where I want it to go, it’s like missing that little extra thing that makes is from delicious to exquisite. I won’t relent, promised, here’s some visuals of the last version I made.
